Jeana Goosmann, CEO & Managing Partner of the Goosmann Law Firm is pleased to announce that Kristopher A. Reed has joined the firm in their Sioux Falls, South Dakota office location.
Reed is a dedicated and accomplished attorney with a passion for the law and a commitment to serving clients. He brings with him a wealth of legal knowledge and he takes pride in being a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex legal needs in estate planning, business law, tax law and intellectual property.
Reed earned both his Bachelor of Science and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of South Dakota. During his time in law school, he served as an editor on the South Dakota Law Review and graduated in the top of his class. He also gained valuable experience working in the University’s Tax Law clinic, where he assisted individuals with their tax disputes with the IRS and other tax-related issues.
After law school, Kristopher had the privilege of serving as a law clerk for Chief Justice Steven Jensen of the South Dakota Supreme Court before entering private practice. His previous role as in-house counsel in the tech industry has made him deeply aware of the legal issues and concerns in that field.
