Jeana Goosmann, CEO & Managing Partner of the Goosmann Law Firm, is pleased to announce that Omaha Attorney Warren J. Ford III was selected to the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 40 under 40.

Ford has more than 10 years’ experience representing clients in U.S. Bankruptcy Courts. In his insolvency work, he has represented more than 2,000 clients in Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy Proceedings. Ford’s representation includes consumers, financially distressed entities, and creditors’ rights work for banks and businesses. In the past several years his practice has expanded to Chapter 11 representation.
Ford was recently named Partner at Goosmann Law Firm where he leads the firm’s bankruptcy, banking and financial services litigation practice. He is an active Executive Committee Member for the Banking & Bankruptcy Sections of the Nebraska State Bar Association where he helps promote and provide continuing education in bankruptcy and commercial law for the members. He is also an active Committee Member for the NAMWOLF Financial Services Litigation Practice Area Committee.
Ford has been recognized for his bankruptcy practice with the local Nebraska bankruptcy bar and judges. In 2023, 2022 and 2021 he was named on the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch list for Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights / Insolvency and Reorganization Law.
