Jeana Goosmann, CEO & Managing Partner of the Goosmann Law Firm, is pleased to announce that family law Attorney Brad Marsicek has joined the firm at their Omaha, Nebraska location.
Marsicek comes from a distinguished background with 15 years of experience helping business owners and professionals in legal matters, with a special focus on those seeking to preserve their parental rights or assets in divorce. He has handled hundreds of contested divorce and custody cases across Nebraska and Iowa, he has also litigated 40+ domestic bench trials.
Along with his divorce practice he will be offering mediation services to his client. Marsicek uses his straight-forward approach and experiences as a family law litigator to be a neutral and unbiased party in helping people reach a mutual beneficial agreement outside of court. His services include parenting plans in divorce and child custody cases and financial mediations in divorces.

Marsicek received his Juris Doctor from University of Nebraska School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from University Nebraska-Lincoln. He is licensed to practice in Nebraska and Iowa. He is a graduate of the ABA/NITA (National Institute for Trial Advocacy) Family Law Advocacy course in Boulder, Colorado and the Nebraska Mediation Association Basic and Family Law Mediation Courses. Marsicek has been previously elected by his peers as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.
