Jeana Goosmann, CEO & Managing Partner of the Goosmann Law Firm, is pleased to announce that Attorney Danielle Dring has joined the firm at their Omaha, Nebraska location. Her areas of practice include real estate and multifamily housing.
Dring’s background includes assisting clients with capital stack finance for large redevelopment projects, land use development for new projects, seeking and obtaining various special and conditional use permits and zoning variance approvals, handling commercial and residential evictions, eminent domain negotiations, and construction litigation. In addition, she has assisted in several multimillion-dollar real estate sales and 1031 exchanges.
Dring received her Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law and her Master’s degree from University of Nebraska at Omaha. Dring is fluent in French and conversational in Spanish. Dring is licensed to practice in Nebraska.
