Hilary N. Fisher is an Omaha estate planning Attorney and the Director of Goosmann Law Firm’s Trust Law Counsel program which is a boutique estate and business succession planning department. Hilary takes the time to learn her client’s personal goals and helps them invest in creating estate plans that produce a sense of security during their lifetime, their future, and the future of their families. Additionally, she assists clients during the difficult process of a trust administration or probate of a loved one.

Hilary has experience in all aspects of estate planning, including the use of revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, wills, disability documents, and powers of attorney. In her career, she has administered over 500 estates which has allowed her to handle a variety of matters ranging from large farming clients to clients with multiple businesses to families looking to secure their futures.

Hilary understands that not every family and client has the same needs for their estate plan. Because of this, she works diligently to learn the wishes of each client so she can help craft an estate planning strategy that centers around their individual needs.

Hilary has always been interested in the world of law. In high school, she took a street law class and fell in love with the legal world. She enjoys translating the law for her clients and providing them with a sense of security for their futures.

Hilary’s “Why”

Hilary is married to her husband Ryan and together they have three children, Maddie, Lincoln, and Kayce. She enjoys traveling to new places and learning about new cultures. For her junior year in college, she studied abroad and lived in Murcia, Spain. Fun fact about Hilary is she loves buying pens and office supplies (we love an organized attorney)!
