Jeana Goosmann, CEO & Managing Partner of the Goosmann Law Firm, is pleased to announce that Attorney Matthew G. Dunning has joined the firm at their Omaha, Nebraska location. His areas of practice include employment law, litigation, administrative and government law, nonprofit corporations and foundations and business law.
Dunning is an employment law attorney who works closely with business leaders and employers, on workplace matters regarding risk management, complex disputes, employment contract issues, non-competition, discrimination, and harassment claims. With over two decades of experience Dunning has represented nonprofit organizations, including advising on employment compliance issues across 11 jurisdictions. With a successful litigation and mediation history, he has defended clients in Iowa and Nebraska courts and in administrative proceedings in multiple states, including Nebraska Supreme Court and Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals arguments.
Dunning received his Juris Doctorate from State University of New York at Buffalo and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska Lincoln.
