With more than 15 years of experience handling employment and commercial litigation, Partner and Mediator Kelly Turner is a trusted advocate for individuals, families, and institutions navigating complex legal disputes. She approaches each matter with a focus on clarity, strategy, and resolution, helping clients assess risk, identify the most effective path forward and pursue constructive outcomes. Known for her transparency and practical counsel, Kelly provides candid assessments early in the process, ensuring clients understand both the strengths and challenges of their cases. She works closely with clients to explain applicable state laws, set realistic expectations, and develop solutions that prioritize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and long-term stability.

Kelly comes from a rich background of experience that includes mediation, litigation, EEOC, Probate, Trusts and Estate Planning. She serves as legal advocate and advisor to individuals and businesses on legal issues involving human resource issues, EEOC complaints, business transactions, contract disputes, real estate purchases, property damage litigation, estate planning, probate administration, guardianship, dissolution of marriage, and personal injury matters. Kelly has extensive experience in drafting pleadings, estate plans, LLC formations, corporate transfers, reviewing leases, and real estate transfers, serving as Guardian ad Litem. While in law school, Kelly served as a legal intern for the Honorable Maureen Connors.

Protecting people and their relationships is the driving factor for Kelly. She wants to help her clients divide the drama and discover their harmony. Kelly enjoys spending quality time out of the office with her husband, Kris, and their daughters Ella and Phoebe.
