She works closely with clients to explain applicable state laws, set realistic expectations, and develop solutions that prioritize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and long-term stability.

Kelly comes from a rich background of experience that includes mediation, litigation, EEOC, Probate, Trusts and Estate Planning. She serves as legal advocate and advisor to individuals and businesses on legal issues involving human resource issues, EEOC complaints, business transactions, contract disputes, real estate purchases, property damage litigation, estate planning, probate administration, guardianship, dissolution of marriage, and personal injury matters. Kelly has extensive experience in drafting pleadings, estate plans, LLC formations, corporate transfers, reviewing leases, and real estate transfers, serving as Guardian ad Litem. While in law school, Kelly served as a legal intern for the Honorable Maureen Connors.
