Aaron has over 18 years of experience in-house at organizations of various sizes and industries such as TSYS Merchant Solutions, LLC, USA Home Loans, and University of Maryland Medical Center. He is a driven achiever and listener with a proven track record of providing strong leadership and guidance to individuals of all experience levels within an organization. Aaron provides answers in an efficient way to ensure they have the peace of mind that their business is protected.
When asked why Aaron wanted to practice law, he said, “I enjoy the interaction with business owners and decision makers and figuring out how to get the deal done, while still protecting the business. Serving as an attorney means forming relationships with clients and helping them to deal with problems that they can't solve on their own. In addition, I have also enjoyed the notion that I am continually stretched intellectually and to never stop learning.”

Aaron and his wife Jennifer have two children, Calder and Ruby. In his free time, he is a referee for NCAA Division 1 College Football. He also enjoys running triathlons!
