Attorney Robert Schaefer is a loyal advocate helping business leaders, restaurant owners, farmers, and families put their minds at ease by implementing a plan that secures their assets for future generations. Robert became an attorney to fight for American citizens and show that everyone deserves their rights in every instance. Prior to joining Goosmann Law Firm, he was a criminal defense attorney. Robert wanted to take the same vigor and perseverance he had in the criminal practice area and instead focus his attention on positive issues and helping put minds at ease by securing the assets of clients for future generations.

Robert received his Juris Doctor from Creighton University in 2015, before becoming an attorney he was a Certified Executive Chef and worked in the restaurant industry for 20 years. Some notable achievements from his legal career include successfully negotiating six figure settlements with municipal governments, defending the constitutional rights of his criminally charged clients, and securing acquittals through jury trial in County, District, and Federal court.

Robert is eager to help business leaders and forward thinkers come up with a comprehensive plan to secure what they have worked hard for to leave to their family and heirs—Worth It!

Robert and his wife have been married for 20 years and have two teenage sons. Fun fact about Rob is he loves movie trivia!
