Partner Warren J. Ford III is a litigation and transactional attorney who represents leaders in civil and commercial litigation, out-of-court workouts, complex business transactions, asset acquisitions, and Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings, including adversary proceedings.
Warren has represented more than 2,000 clients in Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy Proceedings. His representation includes consumers, financially distressed entities, and creditors’ rights work for banks and businesses. Due to Warren’s extensive bankruptcy experience, he possesses a unique perspective which helps him identify his clients’ legal and business problems, so he can provide sound, cost effective solutions and mitigation of financial risk. He’s regularly recognized as one of the top attorneys in his field, with awards from Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, and the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 40 Under 40 every year since 2021.
Outside of work, Warren enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants with his wife and spending time with his two little boys and their goldendoodle, Remy!
