Steven C. Henricks is a seasoned litigator, leader, and retired Army officer with an extensive and distinguished background in both the legal field and the U.S. Army. He brings a wealth of experience to Goosmann Law, having successfully litigated and negotiated some of the most complex and challenging matters across various domains. His diverse career includes roles as a federal criminal judge, lecturer in trial advocacy, general counsel, prosecutor in a high-profile capital murder case, civil and appellate litigator, in-house insurance counsel, and special assistant U.S. attorney. Steven is a member of the Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Iowa State Bar Associations and holds a TS-SCI security clearance.
Steven’s publications include articles in the American Intelligence Journal and the Military Law Review, reflecting his deep knowledge of national security and litigation issues. His extensive military background includes serving as a Judge in the U.S. Army, where he excelled in various legal and leadership roles. Throughout his career, Steven has demonstrated exceptional skills in trial and appellate litigation, oral and written advocacy, negotiations, andgeneral counsel duties. His experience in national security and intelligence further enhances his capability to navigate and resolve the most challenging legal issues.
Steven thrives when helping our clients solve their most vexing legal problems in or out of the courtroom. His other passions include his family, his friends, his pets, reading of all sorts, and various athletics.
