Partner Matthew M. Munderloh is a seasoned attorney who represents individuals and companies in Nebraska and Illinois in civil and criminal litigation, business and real estate transactions, and estate planning andadministration. 

Matt brings more than two decades of experience navigating both trial and appellate courts in state and federal jurisdictions. His practice spans a wide range of matters — from representing trustees and other fiduciaries in estate and trust disputes to advising municipal clients and litigating complex business and real estate cases. His work also includes select federal civil rights and white-collar defense matters, as well as government relations and political accountability issues. 

Matt is general municipal counsel for multiple cities and villages throughout Nebraska, advising on governance, land use, ordinances, and public policy. His deep understanding of municipal operations allows him to bridge legal and practical considerations to achieve efficient, sustainable solutions for communities and elected officials.
