Jaeyeon Park is an Associate Attorney who brings a strategic, problem-solving approach to civil litigation. Deemed the “Litigation Tactician”, he demonstrates strong advocacy skills across a broad range of litigation matters, offering clients a thoughtful, analytical perspective and a strong understanding of the real-world impacts legal disputes can have on businesses and individuals alike.

Born in South Korea and raised in the United States, Jaeyeon’s interest in law was shaped by his own experience navigating the immigration system. That background continues to inform his commitment to advocating for clients facing challenging and often high-stakes legal matters.

Jaeyeon earned his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law, where he received multiple academic honors, including the CALI Awards for Legal Research and Writing II and the Frances M. Ryan Scholarship. During law school, he also served as a Law Ambassador and mentor to incoming students, reflecting his dedication to leadership and professional development.

Before entering private practice, Jaeyeon served as a Staff Attorney with the Center for Immigrant & Refugee Advancement (CIRA), where he managed a high-volume caseload and represented clients in both immigration and state court proceedings. His experience included drafting appellate briefs, preparing motions to reopen, and advocating for individuals navigating complex legal systems.

Jaeyeon now focuses his practice on civil litigation, representing clients in commercial, real estate, construction, and business disputes. Known for his thoughtful and methodical approach, he excels at distilling complex issues and developing tailored legal strategies aligned with his clients’ goals.

Outside of work, Jaeyeon enjoys running, playing chess, and watching international films. His appreciation for precision, preparation, and thoughtful decision-making extends beyond the courtroom and into every aspect of his practice.
