Brad is a Partner in our Omaha office and a leader in our Family Law and Litigation practice. Licensed in Nebraska and Iowa, Brad represents clients in divorce, custody, civil litigation, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution matters. He is known for giving honest advice, building clear legal strategy, and standing beside clients through some of the most difficult moments in their lives.
Brad brings more than 15 years of experience helping business owners, professionals, and families protect what matters most. His background includes extensive trial experience, hundreds of contested hearings, and more than 40 domestic bench trials. He understands the courtroom, the litigation process, and the importance of helping clients make strategic decisions under pressure.
This month’s courtroom work was also a strong example of the team approach we value at Goosmann Law Firm. Sarah Potter, Brad’s paralegal, was by his side helping support the case, the client, and the details that matter in litigation.
