With over two decades of experience Matthew has represented 501(c)(6) organizations as well as large non-profit organizations on employment compliance issues across 11 jurisdictions. With a successful litigation and mediation history, Matthew has defended clients in Iowa and Nebraska courts and in administrative proceedings in multiple states, including Nebraska Supreme Court arguments.
Matthew is a cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
