Partner Matthew G. Dunning is an employment law attorney ready to help business leaders, human resource departments and institutions ditch the employee headaches. His goal is to help clients minimize employee conflicts and guide them in ways to avoid future crisis.

With over two decades of experience Matthew has represented 501(c)(6) organizations as well as large non-profit organizations on employment compliance issues across 11 jurisdictions. With a successful litigation and mediation history, Matthew has defended clients in Iowa and Nebraska courts and in administrative proceedings in multiple states, including Nebraska Supreme Court arguments.

Matthew is a cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
