With a successful litigation and mediation history, Matthew has defended clients in Iowa and Nebraska courts and in administrative proceedings in multiple states, including Nebraska Supreme Court and Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals arguments.
Matthew is a cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
Matthew's "Why":
Matthew's why is his wife. She has a strong interest in raising animals on their acreage outside of Blair. Matthew has been surprised more than once with the animals that have arrived on the property.
