Andrew Braun is a litigation attorney who represents businesses and individuals in civil disputes. He works closely with clients to understand their priorities, evaluate the legal and practical issues involved, and develop a strategy aligned with the outcome they hope to achieve.

Andrew assists clients through each stage of the litigation process, including early case assessment, discovery, legal research, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and preparation for hearings and trial. He approaches each matter with careful preparation, clear communication, and an understanding that litigation decisions often carry consequences beyond the courtroom.

Before transitioning his practice into civil litigation, Andrew built substantial experience handling complex family law matters involving significant marital estates, contested custody issues, and high-conflict disputes. That experience strengthened his ability to organize complicated facts, manage emotionally charged situations, and advocate effectively when the stakes are high.

Andrew begins each engagement by listening carefully and gaining a clear understanding of what matters most to the client. He looks for practical opportunities to resolve disputes efficiently through thoughtful negotiation while remaining prepared to pursue the matter in court when necessary.

Andrew’s interest in the law grew from his strengths in communication and problem-solving. He values the opportunity to help clients make informed decisions, navigate uncertainty, and move forward with greater clarity.

Away from the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family and rooting for the Atlanta Braves and Nebraska Huskers.
