Omaha Business and Litigation Attorney

The Business & Litigation Attorney

Stephanie Richards is a business and litigation attorney at Goosmann Law Firm’s Omaha office. Stephanie helps firm clients through employment law, construction, and business organization matters for businesses big or small. She loves the entrepreneur mentality working with small businesses and start-ups. Stephanie bases client relationships on loyalty in an effort to ensure your company’s issues are prevented and any disputes are resolved. She isn’t afraid of jumping in headfirst to zealously advocate for a client – worth it.

Stephanie is ambitious, efficient, and dedicated. From reviewing contracts to navigating alternative dispute resolution or litigation, Stephanie works with her clients to tackle conflicts before they become major disputes. She became an attorney because she’s passionate about helping businesses succeed and hold on to their hard work. Stephanie knew she wanted to help businesses when she helped get a boutique off of the ground and saw what it takes to start a business. From then on, she was inspired and motivated to help businesses succeed. Stephanie can help any entrepreneur through employment issues or other conflicts that can become a threat for a start-up or expanding business.

Stephanie’s “Why”

Stephanie has a furry friend she loves dearly, her long-haired daschund named Maggie. She claims she is the “cutest dog” and isn’t biased at all. Stephanie followed her dreams to become an attorney, but a fun fact is that she’s the only person in her family that is not in a health care related field.
