Associate Rush Storz is a real estate lawyer who helps landlords and property management companies resolve problems with tenants and advocate on behalf of the apartment industry.
He represents clients in a wide variety of multifamily housing transactions, including complex commercial real estate transactions and a variety of multifamily housing litigation cases. Rush represents property management companies, business owners, developers, real estate agents, engineers, corporations, limited partnership companies, individuals, and new apartment community owners.
Rush graduated from Midland University with a Bachelor of Science Biology and a Minor in Chemistry. He then obtained his juris doctorate from the University of South Dakota where he was the graduate research assistant for Dr. Sean Kammer. During law school Rush attended the University of South Dakota Graduate School of Arts and Sciences with the Biology Department where he obtained a Master of Science in Biology.

Rush enjoys spending time with his family, restoring classic cars, home brewing, gardening, tending to an orchard and apiary, and participating in local barbecue/smoking competitions.
