Associate Andrew J. McElmeel is ready to provide individuals, businesses, and financial institutions with legal support for anything ranging from the complex and ever-changing regulatory issues to the time consuming and difficult disputes.

Andrew’s areas of practice include litigation, business, and financial services. He is eager to help his clients in the business and financial industry make the complicated, simple. Andrew is always up for a challenge and his ambitious and persistent drive are what propels him forward in helping his clients get results.

Andrew received his Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Iowa State University. While at Iowa State University Andrew was actively involved in Delta Sigma Pi Professional Business Fraternity.

While in undergrad Andrew took part in the FDIC's Financial Management Scholars Program. During this summer internship he worked directly on a team of experienced FDIC employees to evaluate bank operations, business planning, and risk management strategies. Andrew brings to Goosmann Law Firm a wealth of knowledge and a positive can-do attitude—Worth It!
