Jeana Goosmann, CEO & Managing Partner of the Goosmann Law Firm, is pleased to announce that Hilary N. Fisher and Regina Meradith have joined the firm at their Omaha, Nebraska location as attorneys serving the Trust Law Counsel department. Trust Law Counsel is a boutique estate and business succession planning department within the full-service Goosmann Law Firm.
Attorney Hillary N. Fisher joins the firm with over six years of experience as an estate planning, business succession and probate attorney and has administered over 500 estates in a variety of matters ranging from large farming clients to clients with multiple businesses to families looking to secure their futures. As an Attorney and Director of Trust Law Counsel, Fisher will be leading the Trust Law Counsel department at Goosmann Law Firm.
Fisher received her Juris Doctor from Arizona Summit Law School and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
Attorney Regina Meradith joins the Goosmann Law Firm after serving ten years as the Executive Director of Bennington Public Schools Foundation where she helped generate resources and strategic investments to benefit Bennington Public Schools students and faculty. Before her time with Bennington Public Schools Foundation, Meradith served as an attorney for several years in Nebraska and Florida.
Meradith received her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law and Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida.
Fisher and Meradith are both licensed to practice in Nebraska.
