Statement of Purpose
Matthew Campbell is knowledgeable of rules and requirements to help businesses and individuals minimize their tax liability and in interacting with the Internal Revenue Service. His general practice includes but is not limited to Taxation. He can assist in areas including but not limited to privately-held business structuring and succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, like-kind exchange planning, personal tax planning, tax controversies, non-profit tax planning, international taxation, and tax credits and incentives.
